WhizzySense (“WhizzySense”, “we”, “us”) helps brands build global affiliate partnerships and SEO/GEO outreach & content. WhizzySense is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit whizzysense.com or contact us by email. Personal information we process while delivering services to clients is governed by the agreement with that client.
Information we collect
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything else you choose to share — for example your company, role, or details about a partnership opportunity.
When you visit the website
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver and secure the site.
- Third-party resources. To display fonts and run animations, your browser loads files from Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and unpkg. These providers receive your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request, under their own privacy policies.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies, and has no forms or accounts.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and explore a potential partnership or engagement.
- To operate, maintain and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal bases
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure.
- Steps before entering a contract — when you contact us about working together.

- Service providers who host the website and our email, acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, and our email providers, Google and Zoho.

- A successor business if WhizzySense is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
International transfers
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping or legal purposes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider in line with its own retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents may also request details of the categories of personal information we collect, and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS and collects no form data. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
